Brooklyn!
As fun as it was to play my songs for new people every night on tour, it was a completely different and entirely wonderful feeling to come back to Brooklyn and hear an audience of my friends sing along to my whole set. These are the same people who I’ve shared dozens of sing-alongs with over the years, and there was a fireplace projected on the wall behind me, so it just felt cozy and warm and wonderful. Thanks to everyone who came out…it felt so good to see your smiling faces again. Being back has been a bit overwhelming, but if nothing else I feel extremely appreciated. So thank you.
I didn’t take any video of this show, which I’m sorry about because it was so great, but I did close my set with a cover, which I’ll include the REAL music video for here…I think it’s a good note to go out on. Enjoy.
